Two former city dwellers that decided to leave the city for the country life. We were living in the suburbs of Denver when the pandemic hit and quickly realized that the world was changing. We both wanted a few acres to grow a garden and possibly raise some animals, Little did we know the adventure that was about to begin.

It has now been just over 5 years since we purchased 126 acres of dry land prairie in northern Colorado and we have added more than 150 animals to our homestead (animal count definitely varies by season), learning so much in the process. We are excited to be raising food for our own family and learning how to be more self sufficient. Our hope is to raise healthy, farm-raised food for our family and hopefully yours!
